I sent an email and called to see if they could help me with my case. Unfortunately it's been over a month, they could not be bothered to call me or email me. They must be too busy for consultations, I reached out to other lawyers as well. Other lawyers responded either by email or phone within 72 hours. There is something to be said if you can't even bother to contact someone by at least an email. I could have been a future client or referred an acquaintance based on the level of service I do not recommend.

Susan and the team are great. They are genuinely caring (that I often did not experience from previous attorney/groups).
She explained difficult and often overwhelming and lengthy legal documents well for me to understand. They deserve 5 stars alone for the mere fact that they respond to phone calls and emails reasonably fast while being patient with my demand/needs even after I signed up. I am happy that I got my case resolved with Susan and the team, and I highly recommend them.

I want to thank Susan Yu and her team for all their help in helping me navigate my auto accident last December. Her team went above and beyond to help me in any way they could.
I was rear ended pretty hard. I had back and neck pain that progressed pretty rapidly. After getting run around from both insurances I decided to call Susan. Best choice ever.
Susan was very easy to work with right from the beginning.She was professional and down to earth throughout the entire process. Was more concerned for the pain and had me a doctor appointment by later than afternoon.
Her legal assistant Yoana was great to work with. You never had to chase them down for answers. Yoana always kept me in the loop of everything that was going with my case.Even took care of all communication with both insurance companies. Always responded quickly by phone or email if I had a question. She was great.
