Michael DeFuria
...is an associate attorney at Premier Justice Law, P.C. Michael was admitted to the bar in 2008 and joined Premier Justice Law, P.C. in 2021 after having spent twelve years practicing general civil litigation, with emphasis in the areas of personal injury and business disputes. He has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a range of matters, including lemon law, medical malpractice, automobile accidents, slip and falls, invasion of privacy, and employment discrimination.
Michael’s focus since joining Premier Justice Law, P.C. has been entirely on pursuing cases on behalf of wronged consumers against manufacturers and sellers of defective goods, and on behalf individuals who suffer physical injuries due to the negligence of others. His background representing both plaintiffs and defendants gives him a unique perspective on how insurance companies operate, and he is well-versed in the strategies and tactics necessary to overcome their resistance in order to achieve optimal results for his clients.
Michael is a New Jersey native and obtained his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University in 2005. He earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California in 2008. He is admitted to practice law in all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
