  My boyfriend and I got into a pretty bad accident in 2020 just as the pandemic was starting up. We had T-boned a vehicle that had illegally crossed traffic, which resulted in a totaled car and some minor injuries to our necks and back. The other party was unwilling to admit fault despite the police reports and evidence against them, so we were forced to call up an attorney to represent us.   I had the worst experience with a 2018 Ford F-150. The truck had engine issues (would make rattling noises every morning when turning on or after sitting for a while). I Tried getting it repaired and dealer would not fix the issue. Came to Susan and in 3 months, got a buyback, loan was paid off, and got a 30k check in reimbursement for the payments made to the vehicle. Did not pay attorneys fees, attorney got that from Ford. I would highly recommend coming to them with any similar situation!
