  If you're reading these 5 star reviews for Susan Yu and wondering if they're true, they absolutely are. Susan and her team are absolute professionals who are honest, very responsive, and will fight to get you the compensation you deserve. I was involved in a 6-car crash on the 605, which was determined by the CHP to be a felony hit-and-run. This meant I had to go through my own insurance to get reimbursed. Susan not only got all my medical bills paid for, but she also was able to get more pain-and-suffering compensation than I could get on my own. I'd also add that she and her team are super efficient and easy to work with. She was up front about how the process worked, stayed true to her word, and always responded whenever I had a question, sometimes within minutes of my emails. While I hope I never get in another accident again, if I did, I'd contact Susan in a heartbeat. I HIGHLY recommend her and her network of medical professionals too.

  I sent an email and called to see if they could help me with my case. Unfortunately it's been over a month, they could not be bothered to call me or email me. They must be too busy for consultations, I reached out to other lawyers as well. Other lawyers responded either by email or phone within 72 hours. There is something to be said if you can't even bother to contact someone by at least an email. I could have been a future client or referred an acquaintance based on the level of service I do not recommend.
