Susan. She's the one you want to look for if you're involved in a car accident.
I was read ended 2x's in a span of 2 years (just when I was turning the corner in my recovery the second one happened) and Susan was there for me through thick & thin for both of these accidents.
Susan and her team were literally a Godsend. Responsive, yes. Genuine, yes. Knowledgeable, yes. Kind, yes. Understanding, yes. Got the job done? Yes!!
Susan not only took the time to truly get to know what happened but also she guided me along the way even though she wouldn't be able to get paid as much as she would have with someone else's case. I had such a horrible attorney prior to finding Susan and she still gave my case her 100% even though she was fully aware that she would have to split the settlement with the attorney who made my case worse.
Not only is Susan genuine, but she was smart. She works hard and will see everything through. She showed up for me when I couldn't. She answered every one of my questions and not once did she say or do anything that made me feel shame for asking for more information. She explained everything so thoroughly that even I in the worst state of mind / body post concussions was able to get through this. If anyone asks me for a rec, it's going to be Susan.

Definitely proceed with the case if Susan agrees to take the case. My case just got settled and it is earlier than expected. I was impressed by their approachability and incredibly responsive whenever I have questions, either by phone or via emails. The outcome is satisfied and would recommend if needs assistance! Overall, thanks a lot!

I sent an email and called to see if they could help me with my case. Unfortunately it's been over a month, they could not be bothered to call me or email me. They must be too busy for consultations, I reached out to other lawyers as well. Other lawyers responded either by email or phone within 72 hours. There is something to be said if you can't even bother to contact someone by at least an email. I could have been a future client or referred an acquaintance based on the level of service I do not recommend.
