After working with Susan and her team, Alicia in particular, I understand why. They always kept me in the loop, made sure I got quality medical treatment, and fought for the best possible settlements. Susan and the team are great. They are genuinely caring (that I often did not experience from previous attorney/groups).
She explained difficult and often overwhelming and lengthy legal documents well for me to understand. They deserve 5 stars alone for the mere fact that they respond to phone calls and emails reasonably fast while being patient with my demand/needs even after I signed up.
