I had the worst experience with a 2018 Ford F-150. The truck had engine issues (would make rattling noises every morning when turning on or after sitting for a while). I Tried getting it repaired and dealer would not fix the issue. Came to Susan and in 3 months, got a buyback, loan was paid off, and got a 30k check in reimbursement for the payments made to the vehicle. Did not pay attorneys fees, attorney got that from Ford. I would highly recommend coming to them with any similar situation!

Definitely proceed with the case if Susan agrees to take the case. My case just got settled and it is earlier than expected. I was impressed by their approachability and incredibly responsive whenever I have questions, either by phone or via emails. The outcome is satisfied and would recommend if needs assistance! Susan and the team are great. They are genuinely caring (that I often did not experience from previous attorney/groups).
She explained difficult and often overwhelming and lengthy legal documents well for me to understand. They deserve 5 stars alone for the mere fact that they respond to phone calls and emails reasonably fast while being patient with my demand/needs even after I signed up. I am happy that I got my case resolved with Susan and the team, and I highly recommend them.
